About the place

Description room:
Sublet offered during the summer in furnished room (July - August). If needed, it would be possible to extend the sublet until the end of October. This would involve a moving day in August and bringing your own furniture from that time onwards.

Description building:
This beautiful inner-city complex is a pre-war canal house and a national monument. It used to be the De Papegaai distillery. The current house dates from 1840 and consists of apartments. A group of 15 students share the ground floor and the first floor. A group of 12 students live on the second and third floor. Each group shares a kitchen, two showers and three toilets. You can park your bike in the indoor bicycle shed. Restaurants, bars and cafés are about five minutes away by bike, as is the supermarket.
