About the place

This is a large room in a student house shared with 14 other people. The room is not located next to one of the gardens, which is why it's very quiet during the day and at night, so you won't have any noise disturbance. The house has two of everything: two living rooms, two kitchens, two large gardens, two showers, and three toilets. For the summer, we have two large gardens, right in the city centre.

What's more, this house is right next to Delft Centraal train station, just a 3-minute walk away! The centre of Delft is also only a 5-minute walk, and the nearest large supermarkets (Jumbo & AH) are both a 5-minute walk as well. TU Delft is a 5-minute bike ride away.

As a tenant, you're welcome to use everything in the house, just like the other housemates. Most of the housemates are Dutch and between 18 and 25 years old, but there will also be some international residents living here over the summer.

The reason I'm renting out my room for the months of July and August is that I'll be going away to Singapore for two months over the summer.
Unfortunately, you can't stay in the room any longer than that — maximum until 12 September.

The deposit is €500. I can draw up a rental contract based on the terms we agree on verbally. You're also always welcome to call, get a video tour, or come by in person at Oude Delft!
