About the place

Starting September 28, a room will be available for six months in our friendly student house along the Schie, right in the center of Delft. The room is available until February 8, 2027, with the possibility of extending the stay for another six months.

The room is approximately 20 m² and is located on the second floor. It is partially furnished and comes with a bed, two wardrobes, and a desk.

You’ll be living in a lively student house with 15 housemates (all guys). The house is located in a characteristic old building with a large garden, a cozy living room, TV room, kitchen, and even a jacuzzi. We share the showers, toilets, and kitchen. There is also a washing machine and fast internet available. Our house cat, Pablo, lives in the garden as well.

The location is great: Delft train station is only a 10-minute walk away, and both Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. There are also several bus stops nearby.

The rent is €775 per month, excluding gas, water, and electricity. The security deposit is €200.

We are looking for someone (male or female, student or working professional) who would like to temporarily join our house. Smoking is not allowed inside the room, but it is allowed in the garden.

Please note that it is not possible to register at this address. However, a subtenant contract can be provided.
