About the place

Hello there! For the period 29 August – 7 November 2026 (exact dates negotiable), I'm looking for a sublet tenant to enjoy my room, since I'm heading abroad for an academic internship!

The place is part of an apartment complex within walking distance of Delft Campus station. The Lidl and De Hoven shopping center are also reachable on foot, and by bike you're within 10 minutes of both the TU Delft campus and the lively city center.

I'm offering my cozy and comfortable (13.5m²) room fully furnished (think bed, desk, wardrobes, and even a floor rug). While my room is perfect for focused study or relaxed downtime, the other facilities (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room) are shared with two friendly housemates! We also have a storage room on the ground floor where bikes can be safely parked.

Monthly rent is €498.67, including service costs and gas/water/electricity/internet. Be aware: a deposit of €325,56 is required (one month of base rent). Since the sublet period is relatively short (just the first quarter of the upcoming academic year), the room is especially suited to exchange students, interns, or first-year students looking for a temporary base while they search for something permanent, but of course everyone is welcome! Proof of enrollment at TU Delft is required.
