About the place

Fully furnished room: bed, desk + chair and closet are available. 
We are looking for a new person to join us in our house on the 
Menno ter braaklaan, in which you can move in this September. 
Master students preferred since we are looking for someone who would enjoy a peaceful study environment.
To help with this we have luxuries such as a dishwasher and washing machine in house!
Although there certainly still room for a drink or other activities in our spacious common room.  

The house itself is an apartment in a flat on the 15th floor with a magnificent view in which you will live with 4 people (including you).
It is within 5 minutes walking distance of a big supermarket (AH XL) and very close to tram and bus which makes for a good connection to the station or the city centre of Delft. 
We are also close to the highway next to Delft which means you can easily reach it by car. (check google-maps). 
It's only 10 minutes by bike to reach the University. All in all everything is close by. 

The house is also equipped with a fibre-optic high speed internet connection so studying digitally is not a problem!
