About the place

A room in Delft of 23M2, a 15-minute bike ride to the city and the TU, and a 5-minute walk to the tram.
Welcome to Lesothostraat in Delft. Here we offer the old room of our oldest son because he recently moved out. This student room (23 m2) is furnished with a closet, desk and a double bed (160x200cm). Our house is completely off gas and we do everything electric, the room comes with airconditioning. 
In addition, use of the washer, dryer, bathroom facilities and kitchen are included in the rent. In the backyard we have a garden house, where in summer you can enjoy some sun and a drink. There is also a shed, where there is space for 1 bike of the tenant. 
For this room we are looking for a female international student whom we can make happy with a room so she can come and study in the Netherlands. A cat allergy is not desirable because we have two very sweet cats in the house. We like to eat together for four days a week (monday to thursday), so one day a week you shop and cook and the other three days you join for free.
