About the place

De Zwarte Tulp is looking for a subtenant.

From July 12 until around September 13, a room will become available in our fun mixed house at Jacoba van Beierenlaan. The room is unfurnished, and there is a possibility to stay permanently from September onwards.

We live together with 16 guys and girls from and have an active and social house. There is almost always someone home to cook together, chill, have a drink, or do something fun.

We also have lots of house activities, such as date dinners, house weekends, Sinterklaas, Tour des Parents, festivals, and a house night every Sunday.

The location is great: less than 5 minutes by bike from the city centre of Delft, around 3 minutes by bike from the station, and close to several supermarkets.
