Hey jij daar! Begin je stiekem toch een beetje moe te worden van je ouderlijk huis óf ben je toe aan wat nieuws? Lees dan vooral verder! Wij, van Huize de Botte Bijl, zijn op zoek naar een gast of chick die in een groot actief gemengd virgiel huis wil komen onderhuren. Het huis bestaat momenteel uit 9 chicks en 9 gasten. Iedere maandag hebben we huisavond, we eten vaak samen thuis en er is bijna iedere dag wel iemand te vinden aan onze prachtige bar. De kamer is ongeveer 12 m2 en de huur bedraagt €370,- per maand inclusief gas water en licht. De onderhuur is tot aan de zomer met kans op vast als je bij Virgiel zit/gaat.
