About the place

1GLO House is looking for a permanent roommate (23+)!
We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking roommate to join us in our little house on the corner of Isaak Hoornbeekstraat starting July 1. You’ll be living with three roommates. Yu Feng (25) is currently busy finishing her degree. She loves to cook, goes to parties every now and then, and is a night owl. She also loves board games and is almost always working on a creative project.
Maud (24) is the most athletic person in the house and has lived in our little palace the longest. She is currently finishing her MST bachelor’s degree, is a member of the Toko, and enjoys taking fitness classes. She definitely loves a good party too!
Saskia (24) is studying public administration in Leiden after a stint at IO, which turned out not to be her passion. Sas is also a member of the Toko and has a passion for anything related to creativity. 
Since we’re all a bit further along in our studies (or about to start working), we’re looking for someone who’s already established a bit of a life in Delft and is further along in their studies. Although everyone is pretty busy with their own lives, we enjoy eating together, chatting, watching a movie, playing a game, or making spontaneous plans. Every Monday we have a house night where we eat together, paint, play games, or go out, and about once a year we host a Christmas dinner and plan a house weekend!
The room that’s becoming available is about 12 square meters and also has a nice, spacious built-in closet. The rent is €423.80, all-inclusive; the only additional cost is internet, which is about €10 🙂. The room officially becomes available on July 1, and our house is just a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute bike ride from TU.
