About the place

The room is located in a new building in spoorzone Delft, well within walking distance of the train station and city centre. The room is rented with furniture. It is also possible to bring some of your own furniture, but please let us know so we can see what is possible. There is also a shared bathroom. The rent includes internet, water, power tax, etc. so the monthly amount remains the same.
