About the place

I'm looking for a tenant for my room, starting 16th of July until 23th of August. ☀️ 

I am looking for a someone who is tidy,  respectful and reliable. 

This is a mixed gender house, with international students. In total the house has five occupants including you but most of the people are on holidays for the summer so it is pretty quiet. 

* Rent is 740€ including all utilities (+1000€ deposit which you will get back at the end of August)
* Room is fully furnished
* Located 5 minute walk away from Delft station, at a safe and quiet neighborhood
