About the place

We are offering a furnished room of approximately 13 m² in our home in the centre of Delft, just a 3-minute walk from Delft Central Station. We are looking for a female student (we have a 10-year-old daughter) who is looking for a nice place to live in a calm and friendly family home.

About us
We are a father and 10-year-old daughter living in a spacious (four-storey) and welcoming home in Delft. We are active, easy-going and value kindness, reliability and open communication.

What we offer
* A private furnished room of approximately 13 m²
* All utilities included (gas, water, electricity and internet)
* Living in a spacious home with two bathrooms and four toilets
* You are welcome to join us for meals if you would like to
* Preferably a stay of at least 6 to 12 months

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a reliable, independent and social student who feels comfortable living in a family environment. This place is ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet and pleasant home and who enjoys occasionally being part of family life.

Over the years, several au pairs and live-in guests have stayed with us. References from previous residents are, of course, available upon request.
