Dear Candidate,

As of the 1st of July, 2026, we will have a room available with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room is approximately 15 m² in size and is located on the second floor of the building. The kitchen is the only shared space. Each floor has its own kitchen, which means you will share the kitchen with two other people. In addition, there is a shared laundry room and a backyard of approximately 50 m².

In total, eight students/young professionals live in the house, all of whom are seriously focused on their studies or have just started their first job. This is therefore not a typical student house, and parties are not allowed. So, if you are looking for a quiet room where you can focus on your studies or similar activities, this house may be suitable for you.

The total rent is €670 per month, and the security deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent. In this case, that amounts to €1,005.

The furniture shown in the photos can optionally be rented for an additional fee.
