PLEASE NOTE! This is not a typical student house, but rather a quiet home where the focus is on studying.

We have a fantastic room becoming available as of May 1, 2026. The room is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the train station and the center of Delft.

It concerns a room with a private bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The only thing you need to share is the kitchen, and even that is shared with just one other person. The room is situated on the ground floor and is furnished (upholstered). Furniture can be taken over if desired.

The rent for the property is €795 per month, including all costs. The deposit amounts to one and a half times the monthly rent.
