About the place

A room has become available for rent close to Delft central station (2 minutes walk). The room is in a three floor house, with shared living room, dining room, toilet, kitchen, and small terrace. You will share these amenities with another male student. The room is available for moving in immediately, until the end of July 2026, and is fully furnished with bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe and lights. There might be a possibility of arranging a new contract with the landlord after that. 
The monthly fixed rent is 950€, excluding utilities. Utilities are estimated to be an extra 90€ pp pm, but depend on a variable rate. If you are interested don’t hesitate to reach out.
