About the place

A nice neat room about 8 m2 fully furnished is available in Delft! We are looking for a new roommate for our students' house!
Our students' house has a big kitchen (provided with all apparatus, e.g. a dishwasher) with a dining room. a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath, and a toilet. The second toilet is on the ground floor. A washing machine is available in an apart washing room with other facilities.
Furthermore, We have a nice garden with a shed for summer barbecues and a pond with fish. The house is very near the shops and TD Delft (5-10 minutes using a bike), and train station (Delft-Zuid). Wireless internet is free for use.
The room is equipped with a bed, a desk, a chair, a clothes cabinet, and other stuff. You can use everything in the house for free. Registration is no problem at all.

All housing needs (water/Electricity/gas/internet and furniture) are provided and included within the price!
