About the place

A nice and big room 15 m2 fully furnished is available in Delft! We are looking for a new roommate for our students' house! Our students' house has a large living room, with a dishwasher, television. A large shower with a bath. A washing machine is available. Furthermore, We have a nice garden with a shed for summer barbecues and a pond with fishes. The house is very near the shops and TD Delft (5-10 minutes using a bike), and train station (Delft-zuid). Wireless internet is free for use. The room is equipped with a double bed, a  table, a chair, clothes cabinet and other stuff. You can use everything in the house for free. Registration is no problem at all. All-in price. 

All housing needs (water/Electricity/gas/internet and furniture) are provided and included within the price!
