About the place

Do you want to live in a private studio close to the historic centre of Delft, but you don't have a huge budget? I am looking for someone to watch the (teenaged) kids in the afternoon, max 30 h per month, in exchange for a strongly reduced rent. 

Cozy semi-private studio for rent with a separate entrance! This comfortable space includes a living room, an adjoining bedroom with sliding doors for privacy, a bathroom, kitchen, hallway, and a separate toilet.
You’ll also have access through an internal door to shared amenities like a washing machine, available for use by agreement.

The studio is located in the house of a single-parent family home, where four children live part-time, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. 
I am looking for a babysitter, someone who picks up the children from school and helps them with their homework, from 3–6 pm, every even-numbered week of the month, for a total of about 30 hours per month.
