About the place

Hey there! I’m looking for a housemate, preferably a friendly girl, ideally a TU Delft student, who needs a place to stay long-term (at least 2 years). For instance, a PhD-student, or bachelor student in their first or second-year would be a great fit!

Your room:  
–Size: 12m² (plus your own balcony!)  
–Furniture included: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobe closet, bed, desk, and an office chair, night-lamp  

About the flat:  
–Location: We’re right next to a tram/bus stop and a shopping center, but up on the 13th floor with great views!   
– The flat is mostly furnished. This includes the following:  
–Living Room: 3 sofas, dining table, coffee table (with WiFi router), rug, bookshelf, and cleaning supply closet  
–Toilet: Separate from the bathroom, with its own sink  
–Bathroom: Shower cabin, our own washing machine & dryer, sink, and storage space  
–Kitchen: Gas stovetop, grill (works like an oven/toaster), plenty of plates/mugs, and lots of storage. We split the fridge top-half/bottom-half.

 Rent & Costs:  
–Deposit: €800 
–Rent: €700/month  
–Utilities: €115/month  
–Total: €815/month, usually paid one month in advance  

A little about me: 
–I’m Nora, a 2nd-year Psychology & Linguistics student at Leiden University  
–I work as a hotel cleaner in The Hague in the weekends
–Neat & clean roommate and spend most of my time in Leiden  
–I like playing cards, cooking, and going for walks with friends  
–I’m into psychology, languages, The Lord of The Rings, birdwatching & nature photography  
-We have a policy to leave the room as you found it. If you're cooking in the kitchen, please make sure to do your dishes when you're done, I really don't like dirty dishes. We usually keep the living room clean, so if you have someone over please tidy up afterwards. I'm okay with having guests occasionally, but please just send me a text beforehand. Also, having your boyfriend over is fine, but please don’t have him move in with us. Thank you!
