About the place

Hello everyone !

I'm a working professional (30M) looking to share my apartment in Delft with someone. It is a 102sq m house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen/living room & a balcony (along with underground parking for cycles/cars). My current roommate will be leaving on 15th September, & I am looking for someone to replace him in my contract with the Makelaar. The house has a very good energy label (A++) with floor heating & cooling as the complex was built in 2022. The rent is 1200 €/month & the shared contract is indefinite, along with the possibility to register the address with the Gemente.
