Hi, I’m subletting my room from beginning of may till July 31st (girls only). 

Location: E. du Perronlaan, right above Albert Heijn XL and directly in front of De Hoven Passage. The area is very convenient, with a tram stop nearby and plenty of shops within walking distance. 

Accessibility: 10 minutes by bike to TU Delft campus and Delft station.

The room: 
- Spacious room of approx. 20 m² 
- Shared with 7 other international students from TU Delft 
- Large shared kitchen 
- 2 toilets and 2 showers 
- Price 601€ including utilities
