The room is on the ground floor and opens onto a small outdoor garden. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and thanks to the location you'll have virtually no noise disturbance.

• Three-storey house (ground floor to 2nd floor) with 7 friendly housemates
• Each floor has its own shower and toilet
• The room has a built-in raised platform --> put a mattress on it and you have more floor space to use (this was specially made for it and the stairs will still be attached to it).
• A wardrobe is included, so in principle all you need to bring is a mattress
• During the summer holidays the house is nice and quiet — you'll mostly have it to yourself

The room is offered unfurnished but is ready to move into for the summer.
