About the place

I am looking to sublet my room for the duration of my Internship.

The room is available form the 1st of August (2026) to 28th of February (2027)
I am looking for someone who would rent the room for the whole 7 months, with no interruption. 
Not interested in renting the room or a shorter period.

!! Tenant must be a male student, proof of enrollment required !!

About the house:
-You will have 1 flatmate, Kristof, a second year Mech Eng MSc student. he speaks English, Hungarian, Romanian.
-Shared washer and dryer available (shared with your flatmate, and upstairs neighbor (1 person))
-You have your own fridge.
-Kitchen comes fully equipped, I'm leaving my cookware, plates etc.
-Bike storage on ground floor.
-Terrace attached directly to your room, ideal for BBQs.
-Fully furnished room.

Location:
-In the heart of Delft's old town, 1 minute walk from both old and new churches.
-5 minute bike ride to TU Delft campus.
-Albert Heijn just across the street.

Deposit is 1 month's rent (1000 Euro). It must be payed before handing the keys over. 

Viewings can be arranged until the 22nd of July.
