Café 80 is looking for a new roommate!
Currently, the four of us, Arun, Marijn, Dorian, and Klaas (3 Dutch, 1 French), live in our house on the Brasserskade. We are with three men and one woman at the moment, so we are looking for another female roommate. We are between 23 and 30 years old and are at the end of our studies or early stages of our careers.

In the house, those who are home eat together daily, often followed by a game or watching a series/movie in the living room on the projector screen. You can also do sports with some roommates, or knitting with one other, and everyone is up for a beer or a glass of wine. Furthermore, we go on an annual house weekend.

As mentioned, the house is located on the Brasserskade in Delft. From here, it is about a 15-minute bike ride to the TU Campus and just under 10 minutes to the station. The city center and the supermarket can be reached in 7 minutes by bike, and the bakery is just around the corner. There is a bus stop right in front of the door and the tram stop is a 1-minute walk away, so our house is also easily accessible by public transport. Additionally, there are free parking spaces in front of the house.
The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer). There is a living room featuring an open kitchen with a dining table and a seating area.

The room is approximately 11 m² and costs €479 per month (including gas/water/electricity/internet) and is available from March 1st (in consultation). You would receive a temporary contract of 2 years, and because of that only a student can take the room. We are looking for a sociable housemate (female roommate, 23 years or older) who is in the later stage of their studies.
