About the place

Hello party peoples of Delft en omstreken:
From the 1st of may, we are looking for a new housemate!
We (Joyce, Agata & Tip) are living in a smoll & cute house in the center of Delft. It is a 6 minute walk to the station, 6 minute bike ride to the TU, and 6 steps to the mcdonalds. The room that is going to be available is approximately 12 m2, is oriented to the south and is unfurnished (the bed is for sale tho!). We share a kitchen and the bathroom, as well as a little sitting nook with the playstation. Rent is around € 570 per month (utilities included). The contract is temporary, starting this May and ending in July 2027. 
We are looking for an openminded international student who wants to live with us!
Here is a bit more intel on us (take it with a grain of salt, or a spoon):
Agata is a 23 yo Czech girl. She seems quiet at first, but once she starts yapping, she won't stop, so beware. If she has had a good nights sleep, she'll be the warmest, yet most woke person you'll ever meet. She smells terribly when she comes back from her job, but the sandwiches she brings home to share make up for that g She'll always be down to watch a good movie or series with you, since she studies something artsy (it's a mystery what exactly, even she doesn't know). But she's the kinda gal that ditches you and continues watching without you. Also, Agata will stop functioning if she loses her fidget toy, which happens quite often. Be aware that u'll find this thing in the most strange places, pls return asap, bc otherwise it'll be over for everyone . She might seem like a cute, little dwarf, but looks can be deceiving!!!
Tip is a 22 year old little who likes to lecture everyone around him. Other than that, we love him tho . He studies architecture at TU Delft and works as a barista (even tho the maximum amount of caffeine he can handle is a small matcha). He tries to come across as old-money with his aestehtic, but the reality is that he's just as broke as we all are.
However, that doesn't stop him in picking up the most expensive new hobbies, like tennis or cycling. Well, we think that is enough about Tip. If you decide to become our new housemate, you will quickly learn much more about him cause he can't seem to shut the fuck up (and the rare moments of silence are quickly filled up by the noise from his 3D printer).
Joyce (21), aka called Joycestick or Jok, is the youngest of us but when it comes to money, she's more like a 80 year old stingy grandpa. She does go crazy and buy us a latte from time to time, she will just need 6 months of warming up to you. When she does tho, you can expect her to share all her geeky interests with you, like fantasy series, horror fiction, horse riding youtube and... crystals (we know, its bad). Oh and how could we forget, her love for Efteling, that she remains faithful to, even tho she hates kids with a passion Otherwise, she studies crisis and security in Leiden, and best believe that if you try to affectionately touch or hug her, she will use her police training skills to whoop yo ass. But as we said, it gets better after 6 months :).
