About the place

I am temporarily subletting my furnished room in Delft for the upcoming semester while I am abroad. I am looking for a subtenant (M), from August to February.

📍 The Location:
The apartment is located in the Voorhof (Bosboom-Toussaintplein). It is a super practical location with everything you need nearby!

Supermarket (De Hoven Passage): 3 minutes walking

TU Delft Campus: ~10 minutes by bike

Delft Central Station: ~10 minutes by bike (Delft Campus station is even closer, ~5 mins)

City Center: ~10-12 minutes by bike

🛏️ The Room & House:

Size: 12 m²

The room is furnished and comes with a bed, desk, chair & stool, wardrobe, and a small cabinet for under the desk.

Shared facilities: You will share the kitchen and bathroom with the rest of the house.

House vibe: We are a quiet house consisting of senior students and one working student. Everyone does their own thing, but we do sometimes hang out to do fun things together or share a meal.

💰 Practical Details:

Rent: €450,- per month (including gas, water, electricity, and internet)

Deposit: €450,- (one-time)

Registration at the municipality is, I think, NOT possible. (Especially ideal for someone who is already registered elsewhere or is here for a short exchange).
