About the place

The luxury room is located in a private three floor house within a prestigious and safe living complex in the center of Delft. The room is furnished, renovated, spacious, and quiet. There is a private bathroom on the same floor, equipped with a bathtub/shower, sink, cabinet, and toilet. 
The room includes built in furniture such as a desk with a wardrobe, a desk with an office chair, a bed, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and other high quality amenities.
The landlord lives with the family on the second and third floors and has their own sanitary facilities. The landlord is very flexible and upon discussion is willing to adjust certain aspects to your preferences.
The tenant must be a non smoker and a reliable person (high preferably female) who keeps the room and bathroom clean. There is no kitchen or washing machine available for the tenant, but some basic cooking facilities are available in the room. The landlord also offers international meals upon request.
The property is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling.
The start date is June 1.
