About the place

The luxurious room is located in a three floor house within a prestigious and safe complex in the center of Delft. The room is furnished, renovated, spacious, and quiet. There is a private bathroom on the same floor, equipped with a bath/shower, washbasin, cabinet, and toilet. 
The room includes built-in furniture such as a desk with wardrobe, an office table and office chair, a bed, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and other high-quality amenities. 
The landlord lives on the second and third floors and has their own sanitary facilities. They are very flexible and, after discussion, are willing to adjust certain aspects according to your requirements. 
The tenant should be a non-smoker and a trustworthy person (preferably female) who will keep the room and bathroom clean. There is no kitchen or washing machine available for the tenant, but some basic kitchen facilities are provided in the room. The landlord also offers international cooking upon request. The house features underfloor heating and cooling. 
The start date is June 1st. Rent: €760 per month, excluding utilities, service costs, internet, cleaning costs, and municipality taxes (€130).
