Hi everyone!

We are Berta - female (from Slovakia) and Mischa - male (from Switzerland), both 23 years old, currently studying finance and aerospace engineering, and we are looking for a new tenant to share our apartment with. We are sporty and active people - gym, running, and meal prepping are a big part of our lifestyle. We are also quite busy with our studies and jobs, but we still enjoy a good atmosphere at home and occasional deep conversations.

About the apartment:

•	Rent: 566€ per month
•	Deposit of 510€ is required
•	Well-equipped kitchen
•	Living room with dining table
•	Bathroom + separate toilet
•	Basement storage
•       Registration possible

Location:
•	About 7 minutes by bike from Delft station 
•	Also easily accessible by tram

Who we are looking for:
•	Student
•	20+ years old
•	Gender does not matter
•       Non-smoker
