About the place

Looking for a cool subtenant! 

A cozy and fully furnished room is available for sublet in a beautiful shared house located in the very center of Delft, on Achterom, one of the city's most charming streets.

The house is shared with two friendly and respectful housemates, a guy and a girl. We enjoy maintaining a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, keeping all common areas clean and tidy, and occasionally spending time together after work or university. At the same time, we highly value personal space, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment.

One of the highlights of the house is the bright living area overlooking the canals, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. We even have a record player for cozy evenings at home.

📍 Location plus: 
- 3 minutes' walk from Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets
- 8 minutes' walk from Delft Central Station
- 15 minutes' walk from TU Delft
- Cafés, restaurants, shops, and city attractions are all within walking distance.

🏡 What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who enjoys living in a friendly and social environment, while also being considerate of others. Cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and good communication are important to us. We use English as our common language, while exchanging knowledge of Greek, Italian and Dutch cultures. 

This is a great opportunity to experience Delft during the summer while living in a central, comfortable, and welcoming home.
