Furnished room in Delft – TU Delft international student – €767.07 – available Oct 2026

Furnished student room available at Aan ’t Verlaat, Delft, approximately 11 m², on the 6th floor.

I am the current tenant and will be moving to another accommodation in October. I am therefore looking for an eligible replacement tenant.

This is not a sublet. The selected candidate will sign a new official rental agreement directly with 4-Freedom Vastgoedbeheer, the property manager. 4-Freedom will check the candidate and arrange the contract.

Eligibility:
The replacement tenant must be an international student at TU Delft and the room is intended for one person.

8 residents in total

Student accommodation at Aan ’t Verlaat 31, Delft

Rent:
€767.07 per month in total
(€438.17 base rent + €328.90 service costs)

The current contract runs until 31 July 2027. A new contract will be arranged directly between the replacement tenant and 4-Freedom.

Availability:
Preferably around 10–11 October 2026. A slightly different takeover date may be possible in consultation with 4-Freedom.
