From the beginning of September, we have a stunning, spacious, and light-filled room—effectively an entire floor—available for rent in Delfgauw (3 km from Delft and 800 m from the TU). Please note: this is a quiet household and not suitable for students who like to party; it is intended for students who wish to focus on their studies or work.
The unit occupies the entire upper floor and includes a fully private bathroom and kitchen. The floor features a northeast-facing terrace (approx. 12.5 m²) and a southwest-facing terrace (approx. 8 m²), offering fantastic unobstructed views and sunlight all day long. The room is equipped with air conditioning. A washing machine and dryer are available for use one day a week. The only shared area is the entrance and hallway/stairs. Free parking is available.
