The 110m2 terraced house is located in the area Capelle, near Erasmus university and Rotterdam Alexander trainstation. Transportation time to university is around 10-15 minutes. 

The bedroom  has a bed, a desk, a book shelf and a clothing cabinet. The kitchen has all major appliances: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine. The house is very light due to the big windows on all sides of the apartment
