About the place

My name is Thomas, I’m 34 years old and work full-time. For my home on Waaierdans, I am looking for a friendly, tidy, and independent housemate.

The house is located in a quiet and green area, while still being close to all amenities. Alexander Station and a bus stop are within short walking distance, and Schollevaar Shopping Center is also nearby. In addition, there are plenty of options for renting bicycles or scooters in the area.

The property is stylish, private, and finished to a high standard. It features home automation (smart controls), underfloor heating, a new heating system, and built-in lighting throughout the house.

The house consists of 3 floors plus an external storage shed:

Ground Floor

Spacious entrance hall
Modern toilet
Fully equipped shared kitchen
Living room and garden may be available by mutual agreement, with respect for privacy

First Floor

Luxury shared bathroom (fully renovated in 2025) with toilet
Two bedrooms (mine and my father's)
Additional walk-in/storage room used by my father and me, with possible storage space available for you

Second Floor (Your Floor)

Bedroom of approximately 10 m²
Open laundry area (shared) with additional storage cabinets
Private rooftop terrace for your exclusive use

There is also an external shed/storage space for bicycles and other belongings.
