About the place

My name is Thomas, I’m 34 years old and I work full-time. I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and independent roommate for my home at Waaierdans. Also my dad lives here temporarily and is working fulltime. 

The house is located in a chill, green area, yet close to everything you need. Station Alexander and a bus stop are nearby, and shopping center Schollevaar is within easy reach. There are also convenient options to rent bikes or scooters in the area.

The house is cozy, privately located and finished to a high standard. It features smart home automation, underfloor heating, a new heating system, and built-in lighting throughout.

The property has 3 floors plus an external storage unit:

Ground floor:
Spacious entrance, modern toilet, kitchen and living room
The kitchen is fully equipped and shared
The living room and garden are available in consultation (for privacy reasons)

1st floor:
Luxury shared bathroom (renovated in 2025) with toilet
2 bedrooms (mine and my father’s)
Additional walk-in closet/storage room from me and my dad, with optional space for you

2nd floor (your floor):
Bedroom of approx. 10 m²
Open laundry area + extra storage cabinets
Private rooftop terrace (as your outdoor space)

There is also an external shed/storage for bikes or belongings.

Preferably an (international) student or intern who:
