About the place

I am renting out a room starting November 1st, for a period ranging from a minimum of 3 months up to June 31st. Mutual compatibility is key.
I am 47 years old and divorced, and I have lived in this lovely neighborhood since last year. Cleanliness and mutual respect are very important to me. I am looking for someone who respects the rules and quiet hours—specifically, a non-smoker and non-drinker. I take care of cleaning the house. The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and washing machine are shared; a separate fridge is provided.
The metro stops right outside the building. Bicycle storage is available in the basement unit, and there is an elevator.
I am looking for someone who is either working or studying.
I require two months' rent in advance and a one-month security deposit.
