About the place

I am renting out a room from September through December. If all goes well, if we go on well an extension is 💯 procent possible.

I am 47 years old and divorced. Not working at the moment. I am living with a friend who will leave in October. After he leaves the house will be shared only with me. Cleanliness and respect are very important to me. I am looking for someone who respects nighttime rules. Someone who does not drink or smoke. I will clean the house. The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and washing machine are shared.
There is internet and the room is with furniture. 
You only need your clothes 😀

The metro stops right outside the door. Bicycle storage is in a basement box.

I ask for 2 months' rent in advance, september and October and a one-month deposit.
