I am renting out a room from September through December. If all goes well, an extension is possible.

I am 47 years old and divorced. Cleanliness and respect are very important to me. I am looking for someone who respects nighttime rules. Someone who does not drink or smoke. I will clean the house. The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and washing machine are shared.

The metro stops right outside the door. Bicycle storage is in a basement box.

I ask for 2 months' rent in advance and a one-month deposit.
