Female wanted between 25-33 years old and working full-time, easy-going, responsible, non-smoker and willing to rent minimum one year. Price is 788 + 50 utilities. Wifi + taxes are included. 1 month deposit. 

The house is situated 1 min from metro “Schenkel”. Since we are well-connected it is very convenient to move around in Rotterdam. Located in a residential area the surroundings are very green and quiet. Kralingse Plas is a 15 min bike ride away. 3 supermarkets in the vicinity.  Lot of daylight due to the large windows. Room is completely furnished, so you can move in with right away. The apartment is equipped with a new kitchen with all the appliances. Bonus: free parking in front of the house.

About us:
We are a mixed international house (3 girls 30-33 years old from Ukraine, South-Korea and Turkey). We are all working full-time, and are therefore quite busy during the week. Hence, we would prefer you have the same lifestyle. We value cleanliness & tidiness around the house. Therefore we are looking for someone who are conscious about sharing and respecting the spaces with your housemates. You are considerate and empathic.
