Op zoek naar een ruim en fijn appartement net buiten Amsterdam en Utrecht? Ik zoek een leuke vrouwelijke huisgenoot voor mijn appartement in Bussum Centrum 🏡
Het appartement ligt super centraal en dicht bij het station, met directe verbindingen naar Amsterdam, Utrecht en Amersfoort (ongeveer 25 minuten 🚆). Alles wat je nodig hebt is om de hoek: Albert Heijn zit naast de deur (je kunt er zelfs heen zonder nat te worden als het regent ☔️), en ook Kruidvat, Etos, sportscholen zoals Trainmore en Basic-Fit en andere winkels zijn op loopafstand.
Het gaat om een ruim appartement van ca. 89 m² met drie slaapkamers. Eén daarvan gebruiken we als gedeelde kantoorruimte, ideaal als je af en toe thuis werkt of studeert. Jouw kamer is ongeveer 14m2  en komt met een kast, gordijnen en verlichting. De rest van het appartement is volledig gemeubileerd en uitgerust (airfryer, vaatwasser, oven, etc.). Je zult het appartement met mij delen. De huur is €1225 per persoon (all-in).
📅 Beschikbaar vanaf: eind juni (eerder of later in overleg mogelijk)

📄 Huurperiode: minimaal 1 jaar, bij voorkeur iemand die langer wil blijven

Ik ben 24, kom uit Duitsland en woon al 5 jaar in Nederland, dus ik spreek vloeiend Nederlands. Ik doe mijn master Finance aan de VU. Ik ben een gym girlie en hou van festivals, maar ben verder niet echt een party persoon. Ik vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te doen, zoals een filmavond of gewoon chillen.

Looking for a spacious apartment just outside Amsterdam and Utrecht? I’m looking for a female roommate for my place in Bussum Centrum 🏡
The apartment is very centrally located and close to the train station, with direct connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Amersfoort (around 25 minutes 🚆). Everything you need is just around the corner: Albert Heijn is right next door (you can even get there without getting wet when it’s raining ☔️), and Kruidvat, Etos, gyms like Trainmore and Basic-Fit, and other shops are all within walking distance.
The apartment itself is spacious (about 89 m²) and has three bedrooms. One of them is used as a shared office space, perfect if you work or study from home sometimes. Your room is around 12 m² and comes with a closet, curtains, and lights. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and equipped (airfryer, dishwasher, oven, etc.). You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. Rent is €1225 per person (all-in).

I’m 24, originally from Germany, and have been living in the Netherlands for 5 years, so I speak fluent Dutch. I’m currently doing my Master’s in Finance at the VU. I’m a gym girlie and love festivals, but I’m not really a party person. I do enjoy doing something together every now and then, like a movie night or just hanging out.
