Very close to bus and train. Easy access to Utrecht City. The location has a lot of privacy and more relaxing like a holiday home.

Fully furnished, all inclusive. You just have to walk in with your suitcase. There are 2 kitchen spaces and 2 Bathroom Toilets, effectively shared with only one another person. Note: Own private bathroom is also possible - see other ad. 

The whole house is shared with only 3 others. Everyone can enjoy the large living, dining, kitchen, utility room, patio and the huge garden with a wood house. In the house, you will get your own allocated storage space in kitchen, has large fridge freezer, Bosch stove, washing m/c, dish washer, TV with KPN high speed fibre Wifi. 

Expected minimum rental period of 3 months. A shorter stay of less than 3 months is possible, costs more.
