About the place

Temporary until July 1, 2026, for a student not yet registered in Bunnik. A beautiful single room, 3.5 km by bike from Utrecht Science Park de Uithof, with a private kitchenette in a villa in Bunnik. Kitchenette with 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, freezer, and extractor hood. Shower and toilet are shared with only one other female student. Shared use of a modern washer/dryer, central heating, and private fiber optic internet connection (you must arrange your own subscription).

The building is within walking distance (5 minutes) of Bunnik train station, from where a train departs every half hour to Utrecht Central Station (a 5-minute journey). By car, you have direct access to the A12 motorway. The bus stops practically in front of the door and runs several times an hour via a short connection via the Galgenwaard stadium to Utrecht Science Park de Uithof.

The building has several rooms and apartments. Guests can use the bicycle shed and communal garden.
