About the place

A neat 13 m² room on the first floor of a house on Smaragdstraat in Breda will be available from August 1st.

The location is ideal for students:

BUas is directly across the street, just a few minutes' walk away.
The house is next to Brabantplein Shopping Centre, where you'll find an Albert Heijn supermarket, Kruidvat, a bakery, various shops, and several restaurants and cafés.
Breda city centre is only about a 10-minute bike ride away.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and other facilities with your housemates.

We are looking for a student who will fit well into a friendly and quiet household. It is important to us that everyone is considerate and enjoys living together.
