You share the bathroom/toilet and kitchen with one or two other students.
The residents make practical arrangements together regarding the cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Everyone is, of course, responsible for keeping their own room clean and tidy.

Location
- Approximately 10 minutes by bicycle to Breda city centre, Avans and BUas
- Bus lines 375 and 5 within walking distance
- Shopping centre with a large supermarket within walking distance
- Bicycle parking is available in the bicycle racks on the street

What are we looking for?

Profile:
- Student (male, 18 - 24 years old)
- Quiet and serious, with a focus on study
- Social and respectful towards others
- Independent and responsible
- Person who takes other residents into consideration and does not cause any nuisance
- Person who takes responsibility for keeping the shared areas and his own room clean and tidy

Please note
- Smoking and drugs are not tolerated in or around the house
- No pets allowed

We don't have a long list of house rules. 
We simply expect everyone to use common sense, and respect the other residents.
