About the place

Fully furnished room in a charming house that is over 100 years old, located in the popular Ginneken area of Breda.

The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with only one or at most two other students. The house has stable and fast WiFi (suitable for gaming) and is well maintained; the room will be delivered clean and ready to move in.

We are looking for
A quiet, tidy, non-smoking male student (18–24 years old), possibly an intern, who enjoys sharing a house in a respectful way and values the peace and privacy of other residents. Pets are not allowed.

The house and garden are 100% smoke-free.

Apart from that, we expect everyone to use common sense and be considerate of the other residents.

This house is generally highly appreciated by its residents, and rooms are often occupied for a longer period of time.
