We have a well maintained room for rent on the Nieuwe Haagdijk in Breda. The Nieuwe Haagdijk is a pleasant shopping street. When you follow the street, you are in the center of Breda within a few minutes. A cosy, but bustling historic city.
The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.
The surface of the room is approximately 16 m². You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with a roommate. In addition, you share a balcony and a garden of 100sqm.
The room is intended for a maximum of 1 student (also PhD). Pets are not allowed.
The rent is € 500,- including G/W/L and service costs per month. The deposit is twice the rent. 
Submitting a valid student registration is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
