About the place

This studio apartment, located at the back of the house, has its own kitchenette and you share a shower with one housemate. All other residents have their own shower.

In the summer, you might enjoy relaxing on your own private balcony.

The studio has laminate flooring and the space is wonderfully high, allowing you to use a loft bed (not pictured, unfortunately). It is available for the tenant.

The current resident may have some nice furniture available for purchase.
