About the place

This 14m2 room is on the second floor of a two story building at Molenslag street. Inside of the room there is a kitchen counter with a sink, a bed with a mattress (90cmx200cm), a wardrobe, a small fridge  with a freezer, two desks and an office chair. Everything else on the pictures, I will take from the room. 
The shared facilities are:
1. kitchen with integrated gas stove/oven plus a sink
2. Toilet 
3. Bathroom with a shower, sink, and a washing machine.
4. Balcony shared with other people in the building.
For now, there is one other roommate living at 72A. 
The rental price is 630 Euros per month including everything. One time deposit of 630 euros, fully refundable.
The room is available from July 1st until 31st of December 2026, during that time I am going away for a school internship.
