On the ground floor is the kitchen and shared toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a private pantry for you.

The mezzanine (higher floor) is the sleeping space, you cannot stand completely upright here. The lower floor is 22m² and the mezzanine is 10m2. The room is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. There is also a built-in electric fireplace that provides you extra warmth in the winter. The room is furnished. On this floor there is also a toilet and sink including base cabinets. And on this floor there is also a refrigerator for shared use. 
The characteristic building from 1889 is located in a very popular location in Breda city center. The BUAS (Breda University for Applied Science), the center and station are within walking distance.
