About the place

Due to my stay abroad, my room (and a large part of the time the entire house) will be available from the 9th of July until the 9th of September.

It is a terraced house in a suburb of Breda (Haagse Beemden). It is a nice furnished home with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a lush, green garden. You will be sharing this home with a young working woman from Tunisia named Zeineb. Zeineb is staying in Tunisia during July (she returns on July 30th) and is often only present at the house for half-weeks; she is frequently visiting her cousin in Brussels (Belgium).

The supermarket (Lidl) is less than a 5-minute walk away, Breda-Prinsenbeek station is a 10-minute walk away, and you can get onto the highway within a few minutes. You can reach the city center by bike in 20 minutes.

The rent of €600 p/m includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. 

Important information:
- extension is not possible!
- that you are not allergic to and/or afraid of cats, because my cat Indah also roams in and around the house; you will take care of Indah together with Zeineb (just preparing food and water)
- bringing your own pets is not allowed, nor is organizing parties
- it is a non-smoking house
